Hey man. I was just wondering if you thought Culinary School was worth it. And if you are in my position which is one of immense confusion after graduating from college... Should I consider going to Culinary school? I work in an organic kitchen (which is not like a line), and I stage at a restaurant. Any advice is super appreciated. thank you.
First off, yes, confusion is the right word to sum up all of my post-school emotions. Honestly, I usually support anyone who want to go to culinary school. Depending on how long you’ve worked in the industry, however, it may be in your best interest to save that money and continue to work your way up to a Chef position.
